Founded and led Italian A List Apart, focusing on making the insightful content from A List Apart accessible to Italian readers. I was responsible for organizing the editorial process, from managing translations to scheduling publications, and engaging with our audience through social media, while coordinating with the A List Apart team in the USA.
My role involved coordinating a dedicated team of translators, editors, and contributors to ensure quality and consistency, maintaining a collaborative relationship with the A List Apart team in the USA.

2011 - 2015

- Designed and delivered the Web Design I and Web Design II courses for the BA in Graphic Design at Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti (NABA - naba.it), teaching in both Italian and English.
- Coordinated course syllabi, materials, and schedules, ensuring alignment with program objectives and industry trends.
- Fostered a collaborative learning environment and mentored students on individual and group projects, providing guidance and feedback to enhance their web design skills.
- Developed and implemented assessment strategies to evaluate students' progress and ensure they met the course learning outcomes.

- Conducted comprehensive accessibility assessments for SaaS and web applications developed by G2TT (Canada), ensuring compliance with accessibility standards and regulations.

- Managed and coordinated a network of international partners for the European-funded "@Science Thematic Network" project.
- Conducted research and development, leading to the creation of guidelines and software for the production of accessible scientific digital documentation for visually impaired individuals.
- Co-authored papers presented at international conferences and workshops, and organized related events.
